Virtual Accounts give your business a dedicated receiving account, issued in your registered name, for invoices, receivables, and B2B transfers. It's separate from customer facing checkout, but settles into the same HitPay Wallet, so business receivables and customer payments show up in one transaction ledger.

### What you can do

* Receive local and international transfers into an account issued in your business's name, not a shared or pooled account
* Accept 12 currencies in Singapore (SGD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, HKD, CNH, CAD, NZD, NOK, SEK, CHF) via FAST, PayNow, and SWIFT
* Accept PHP in the Philippines via InstaPay and PESONet, settling in real time
* Add Bank transfer as an invoice payment method, with transfers automatically matched to the right invoice by payment reference
* Track everything in one place: customer payments and business receivables land in the same ledger, with a single reconciliation export

### How it works

Every transfer received is collected into your Available HitPay Wallet, then paid out with the rest of your HitPay sales on your normal payout schedule. A Virtual Account is a collection method, not a place to hold funds.

### Availability

Businesses registered in Singapore or the Philippines can activate a Virtual Account from the dashboard, no separate sign up or extra verification needed. Approval typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
