July 24, 2025 New Crypto Payments This release introduces cryptocurrency payments acceptance integration. in partnership with Triple-A Singapore.

Crypto payments are now available for Singapore merchants. With this integration, you can accept leading cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins (USDT, USDC, PYUSD) and more, while supporting popular wallets including Metamask, Coinbase, and Crypto.com. This enables you, as a business merchant, to tap into the global crypto economy, with faster settlements, no chargebacks, and lower fees compared to traditional card payments.

Available to all Singapore merchants (enable via Payment Methods tab in dashboard)
  • Supports major crypto tokens: BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20, TRC20, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum), USDC (ERC20, TRC20, Polygon, Solana, Arbitrum), PYUSD (Ethereum, Solana)
  • Compatible with leading wallets: Metamask, Coinbase, Crypto.com

Terms

  • Processing Fee: 2% flat
  • Payouts: T+2 (credited to HitPay Balance)
  • Chargebacks: Not applicable (irreversible transactions)
