March 5, 2026 · New DuitNow QR DuitNow QR is now live for all merchants globally — online and in-person.

DuitNow MY (Local)

Powered directly by Touch ‘n Go via a master merchant model, this is a major upgrade from the previous Razer integration, which had a 40% approval rate. DuitNow QR now delivers a 100% approval rate, better take rates, higher checkout conversion, and a growing non-card TPV share.
  • Rates: 1.2% (Online) / 1.2% (In-Person)
  • Payouts: HitPay Balance (T+2)
  • Channels: Online + POS / Quick Sale
  • Onboarding: Instant — auto-enabled for all business-verified MY merchants. No action needed.

DuitNow XB (Cross-Border)

SG, PH, and other non-MY merchants can now accept MYR payments via DuitNow QR — no redirect, just scan and pay from any DuitNow-linked Malaysian bank or e-wallet.
  • Rates: 2.3% (Online) / 1.5% (In-Person)
  • Payouts: HitPay Balance (T+3)
  • Channels: Online + POS / Quick Sale (Borderless QR)
  • Onboarding: Merchants can turn this on now via the Payment Methods page. Auto-enable for all existing and new business-verified merchants coming soon.

Refunds

Refunds are available for e-wallet transactions only. Transactions made via banking apps are not eligible for refunds.
