Mobile Invoicing Upgrade and Custom Fields

This release introduces a major invoicing upgrade on mobile, plus custom fields — bringing dashboard-level flexibility to your phone.
Invoices on mobile
Features that were previously only available on the dashboard are now on mobile. You can now:- Add product descriptions
- Apply discounts at the product or subtotal level
- Set late fees
- Choose payment methods
- Adjust invoice settings
- Record cash payments
Custom fields
Add up to 3 custom fields (Text, Dropdown, Checkbox, and more) to invoices for things like PO Number, Salesperson, Project Code, Service Type, or internal approval references. Each field can be:- Marked as required
- Set to show on the customer-facing invoice or remain internal only
