Payouts & Wallet Balances Overhaul

January 31, 2026 · New Payouts Overview For a long time, merchants have had the same questions: When am I getting paid? How much is coming? How does this work? This update is designed to answer those questions before they even need to ask. We’ve removed the guesswork by making payouts and balances transparent, automated, and easy to find.

Payouts Overview

A single, consolidated view for all payouts. Merchants no longer need to switch between screens or be confused about how HitPay Balances vs. Card Balances work — it’s all in one place. Payout Schedule
  • Payout Timeline & Arrival Dates — Arrival dates are now calculated automatically. Merchants no longer need to check the calendar or manually work out T+X settlement times.
  • “Upcoming” Payout Status — A new status that shows exactly what’s headed to a merchant’s bank account, for better cash flow visibility.

Payout Details Merchants can now see every charge inside a specific payout, export the data for accounting, and click directly into any charge to track it.

Each charge now shows exactly which payout it belongs to and which wallet balance it’s under — making reconciliation straightforward.
