Same Day Void Feature (All-in-One Terminal)

May 22, 2025 New Same Day Void Feature (All-in-One Terminal) This release introduces the ability to void transactions directly from the HitPay terminal app or Web, allowing merchants to cancel same-day payments without incurring fees or moving funds. Applicable for All-in-One terminal Singapore merchants only, opt-in basis. Key features
  • Same-Day Voiding: Cancel payments made within the same calendar day (before 23:59) without incurring HitPay fees. No funds are moved, and no transaction fees apply.
  • Accurate Reporting: Voided transactions are excluded from Gross Sales, Net Collections, and Refunds in sales summaries, making reconciliation accurate and clean.
  • Clear Report Export Labels: Voided transactions are clearly marked as void in exported CSV reports for easy identification.
