HitPay Terminal app for Shopify POS

October 20, 2026 · In-Person Payments HitPay Terminal app for Shopify POS Shopify POS merchants can now send each sale straight to their HitPay terminal. Customers pay by card or a local QR method like PayNow, DuitNow, QR Ph or GCash, and the Shopify order is marked paid and linked to its HitPay payment automatically. The app is in beta.

What you can do

  • Take card and QR payments on a HitPay terminal from Shopify POS checkout
  • Match every HitPay payment to its Shopify order, using the order number as the payment reference
  • Refund a payment from the Shopify order, back to the customer through HitPay
  • Copy customers you add to the order into your HitPay customers, and email them HitPay’s receipt

Requirements

  • A live, verified HitPay account
  • A Shopify store currency that matches your HitPay account currency

How to get it

The app isn’t listed in the Shopify App Store. Register your store’s .myshopify.com domain with the registration form, and HitPay sends you an install link. The Shopify POS guide has a video that walks through setup and taking a payment.
