September 18, 2026 · Finance BillPay You already use HitPay to get paid. Now you can pay your suppliers too. BillPay lets you manage your entire supplier payment process in one place: upload or forward invoices, automatically extract bill details with OCR and AI, approve and schedule payments, pay local or international suppliers, and reconcile everything with Xero.

There’s no monthly subscription, and local transfers are free:
  • Local transfers (PayNow/FAST): free
  • International transfers (including SWIFT): US$20-30 per transfer
  • FX on foreign-currency payments: from 0.5%
