We want to inform you about an important update to our production environment. On 25th September 2024, we will be adding a new IP address as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the reliability of our services. New IP Address:
  • Existing IP Address: 3.1.13.32
  • New IP Address: 168.220.91.61
If you are not whitelisting our IP addresses, no action is required on your part.

Who Does This Impact?

  • API Users: If you are currently whitelisting our IP addresses for API access, please make sure to add the new IP address to your whitelist by the specified date.
  • WooCommerce / Magento Plugin Users: If you have security rules that involve whitelisting HitPay’s IP addresses, it’s important to update these rules with the new IP to ensure uninterrupted service.
