Overview

HitPay will be discontinuing support for Cards (by Adyen) payment method and HitPay All-in-One S1F2 / Mini AMS1 terminals. This change will be effective from 28 November 2025. If you are currently using one of the above terminals, exchanges will be available from 21 Nov ‘25. Please contact our Operations Team at support@hit-pay.com to arrange a free exchange to the new All-in-One Sunmi V3 terminal, which provides the same features and functions. During the Migration,
  • You can continue to accept online card payments and use your existing terminals as usual.
  • There will be no disruption to your transactions or payouts.
  • You will continue receiving payouts as normal.
To ensure your business continues to accept payments smoothly, please follow the steps below.

What You Need to Do Before 28 November 2025

  1. Activate the new “Cards” payment method:
    • Log in to your HitPay Dashboard.
    • Go to Payment Methods → Turn On Cards.
    • Submit your business details accurately to complete the onboarding.

  1. Optional: Download your payout records for Cards (by Adyen) if you want to keep a copy for your records.
    • These records will no longer be available after 28 November 2025.

After 28 November 2025

  • HitPay will turn off the “Cards (by Adyen)” payment method.
  • All future card payments (online and terminal) will be processed under the new “Cards” payment method.
  • You can view and track all future payouts under Card Balance in your HitPay Dashboard.
  • Your new All-in-One Sunmi V3 terminal will continue to work seamlessly for card transactions.
