Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:- A verified HitPay account
- A paid Eber account (sign up here)
Integration Guide
Step 1) Add your Eber API keys onto the HitPay dashboard
Step 2) Configure HitPay discounts & Eber rewards
Step 3) Start Rewarding Customers
Expected Customer Experience
- New members will need to register via your hosted Eber customer portal
- Members that are available on the list of your Eber portal will be visible when clicking “Add customer via Eber” on the HitPay POS.
- Cashiers need to look up customer by name, email or phone number
- Customers earn points for every eligible transaction.
- Refunds automatically reverse awarded points or restore redeemed rewards.
Setting up your Eber account & points / loyalty programme

Supported Reward Types
Currently, the integration only supports the following discount types.- Percentage discounts (e.g. 10% off first purchase)
- Fixed amount discounts (e.g. 10 off)

HitPay doesn’t charge any additional fee to integrate with Eber, however you will need to purchase a subscription plan with Eber directly. More details about their pricing (here)

Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is stored in Eber, where the members list will be the source of truth. Discount and voucher data is created in HitPay and synced to Eber.

You can export customers from HitPay by going to customers > Export → Import into Eber.
